Dancer

Meisa

Hindsight is 20/20, and if she only knew how much she loves dance now, Meisa would have cast away her shyness and started dancing as a child. But instead, she chose to pursue chemistry, and then the life of a non-profit director.

Alongside those career moves however, Meisa picked up dance as a hobby in her late 20s and fell in love with belly dance. But it wasn't until 6 years ago when she began dancing hip hop that she found her true passion. While the music can be wildly different, she feels a lot of similarities with the way her body moves in both dance styles.

Meisa is never happier than when she is dancing. While she has performed with her home studio, this is Meisa’s first time on stage with another group. She's excited and terrified to be making her debut with Moksha.
